Back again

Malcom has returned to Ohana once again after having a near-death experience at home in his own gym after facing off against his old nemesis, Guice. Details are fuzzy on what exactly happened or how the hapless Ghost/Psychic gym leader came out of it thing alive, though some rumors speculate he had the assistance from someone beyond the grave... Either way Malcom is seemingly alive and well, and a lot more focused on becoming a serious trainer and member of Valyrie Industries, hired on by recommendation of Natsuki Kuga as a public spokesperson for the company to help improve their image and make them seem more friendly. Considering Malcom's amiable personality, they may have picked the perfect man for the job.
When Malcom isn't training or working as public relations for Valkyrie, he likes to hit the bars for a nice drink or just relax with his Pokemon. He also likes to practice his telekinesis, which has grown a fair bit in recent years.


Team:

Moira - Female - Quirky
His grumpig that had been on his team years past during the UBF, Moira is more than pleased to be back with her old trainer, and is of course as hungry as ever. She's mostly excited to be able to sample the exotic fair of the island, as wella s flora and fauna unless her trainer can make sure she doesn't eat everything in sight. When she's not piling onto his food bill, she's usually practicing her sweet break-dance moves.

Valdo - Male - Impish
A mischievous Gengar, tho make no mistake he is highly affectionate and loyal to Malcom whom had him since he was a mere Gastly. Valdo enjoys disguising himself as his trainer's shadow most of the time-partly to spook unsuspecting targets, but also as an added level of ambush in case of a surprise attack against his team. He is not very fond of Nefertiri, considering her a 'spoiled brat'.

Hera - Female - Serious
Hera is one of the newer additions to Malcom's team, a Jynx that's proven herslef quite valuable in and outside of battle. Besides her usefulness with her ice and psychic attacks, Hera is also partly responsible for Malcom's updated image-being rather passionate about fashion, she also has a certain flair for small details. She can sometimes take herself a bit too seriously and act a bit aloof when the other Pokemon on her team only want to play.

Nefertiri - Female - Lonely
Nefertiri is the 'spoiled princess' of the team and tends to demand attention quite often. She and Valdo tend to clash a lot because of this, since he thinks she should be a little more behaved. It's not advised to ignore her for too long when she throws a tantrum, she has a habit of throwing her mask at the faces of Pokemon and trainers alike who don't at least look at her.

Bright Eyes - Female - Jolly
Bright Eyes is of course the optimist of the team, always the happy bubbly pokemon, it's hard to wear a frown when this Lapras is around!

Damian - Male - Quiet
Damian has returned to BFOI with Malcom-after going through the same life-changing near-death experience-however his emotional scars are far deeper than his trainer's, and despite Malcom wbringing him along to help the gardevoir move on, Damian is finding it far too difficult.
