(Sorry for spamming) Well, on the other hand, I think there was even an episode in the Pokemon Anime series where Ash found a Noctowl and tried to catch it, but It used Hypnosis on Him to make Him think that a nearby rock was his Pikachu.
I was just talking about the anime, not the game. But even in the game, they could probably make an advanced version of Hypnosis where it makes the enemy Pokemon attack itself as if it were afflicted by the "confused" status.
I'm just saying, but if they ever make a new season of Pokemon, and bring Gardevoir back in that season, I think they should "update" the Hypnosis move, for Gardevior (and Kirlia), so that instead of just putting Pokemon and people to sleep, it can also actually Hypnotize them and put them under Her power.
1. Hypnosis puts them to sleep in the game to and I don't see how that would even be utelized in-game. I can't count how many times hypnosis has saved me from accidentally one-hit K.O.ing a Pokemon I was trying to catch by putting it to sleep. 2. Gardevoir and Kirlia's gender ratio is 50/50 male AND female.
